Carpentry
An instructional program that provides students with the skills necessary to work in residential or commercial building construction. This program prepares individuals to apply technical knowledge and skills to lay out, fabricate, erect (frame), install and repair structures and fixtures using hand and power tools. Practical experiences will occur on school grounds and for non-profit/community-based organizations in the local area. Features of architecture will also be included in the program.
